For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
Over the last few days, I was able to spend time surrounded by God’s wonderful creation. Camping is a great way to spend time taking in just how awesome and wonderful God really is. We were surrounded by trees, water, birds, and even an awesome star filled sky one night. From the smallest insect to the vastness of space, all around us spoke of God.
When I spend time really looking and studying God’s creation, it leaves me in awe. It all speaks of just how great He truly is. So many trees with varying leaves. From small birds singing songs off in the branches to large ones flying in flocks heading North. All the varying sounds each type of bird makes fill the air with praises to Him. Even thinking about the intricacies of something as small as an ant. Each minute detail of even something as small as an ant has been planned out by our creator.
When taking in the sounds, smells, colors, and varieties in nature I am left no doubt that there is One who created, One who planned, One who cares so greatly about the tiniest detail not just of the ant but of each living creation He has taken such great care to plan out. Each part of my life, and yours, is planned out to the smallest detail. It all speaks loudly of the love He has and is. He is love.
We should all do as the songbirds do and continually sing praises to Him. Let Him hear our song of love.
